The purpose of this website is to provide both prospective home-buyers and current bond-holders with a Bond Finance Calculator application that provides most of the calculations typically used when arranging bond finance. I built this small application after much frustration trying to find a website that provided all the calculations that I needed AND that also gave me the correct answers!
